How To Import Trades From Your Broker

The objective of this video is to show you how to import a trade into the AutoTrader system. This will ensure that trades are accurately tracked and managed within the software.

Key Steps:

1. Open the AutoTrader tab in the system.
2. Select the AutoTrader where you want to import the trade.
3. Ensure that the trade you want to import has the same ticker as the selected AutoTrader. Trades with different tickers cannot be imported.
4. Click on the plus button to open the options menu.
5. From the options menu, select "Import a trade".
6. A list of trades that are not currently being tracked will be displayed. These trades should match the ticker of the selected AutoTrader.
7. Right-click on the trade(s) you want to import and group together.
8. If the trade is a 1-1-2 trade, select three positions.
9. Click on "Add trade" to import the selected trade(s) into the AutoTrader.

Cautionary Notes:

• Ensure that the trade you want to import has the same ticker as the selected AutoTrader. Importing trades with different tickers will not be possible.
