# How To Rename An Auto Trader

Learn how to rename your auto trader in 3 simple steps

Renaming an Auto Trader is simple and only takes a few steps. Follow the instructions below to quickly change the name of your Auto Trader.

## **Step 1: Find the Auto Trader Rename**

-   Go to the **Dashboard** where you can see the list of all your Auto Traders.
    
-   Locate the Auto Trader whose name you want to change.
    

## **Step 2: Access the Auto Trader Settings**

-   Click on the **current name** of the Auto Trader. This will take you to the Auto Trader's individual page.
    
-   Once you're on the Auto Trader page, look for the **gear icon** in the top right corner. This is the settings button for your Auto Trader.
    

## **Step 3: Rename the Auto Trader**

-   Click the **gear icon** to open the settings for the Auto Trader.
    
-   In the settings, find the field labeled **Auto Trader Name**.
    
-   Simply edit the name by typing in your desired new name (e.g., "The Super Cool, Amazing Bot").
    

## **Step 4: Save the Changes**

-   After entering the new name, **scroll down** and click **Save and Close** to save your changes.
    
-   The name will now be updated and reflected both on the Auto Trader page and the Dashboard.
