# Where To Get My 1099 Tax Statements?

How to access your 1099 statements for tax season

If you need your **1099 tax statement**, you must download it directly from your **broker**. **Options Auto Trader** does not provide tax documents since all trading activity is conducted through your broker. Each broker has its own process for issuing **1099 forms**, typically in January or February. Below are instructions on how to access your **1099 tax statement** from **TastyTrade, Schwab, TradeStation, and Tradier**.

## TastyTrade

How to Get Your 1099 from TastyTrade

1.  Log into your **TastyTrade** account: [https://www.tastytrade.com/](https://www.tastytrade.com/)
    
2.  Click on **My Accounts** at the top of the page.
    
3.  Select **Tax Center** from the dropdown menu.
    
4.  Locate and download your **1099 form** for the applicable tax year.

## Charles Schwab

How to Get Your 1099 from Schwab

1.  Log into your **Schwab** account: [https://www.schwab.com/](https://www.schwab.com/)
