We offer a 30-day money-back refund policy. This means you can receive a full refund for any purchase made within 30 days of your first purchase date. This policy is also listed in the Terms of Service you agreed to when you joined Options Auto Trader.
If you are within the 30-day window, email us or contact live chat support and we will process your refund right away. If you are outside the 30-day window, please reach out and we will review your request for a possible partial refund based on time used and data costs. Canceling your subscription does not automatically issue a refund. All refunds must be requested through live chat support or by emailing support@optionsautotrader.com
