Canceling a subscription can feel frustrating, especially if you’ve invested time and money into a tool. If you’re looking to cancel your Options AutoTrader subscription, you might be unsure where to start or worried about losing access. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered.
Click on your profile image at the top of the dashboard.
Select Profile from the menu.
Scroll all the way down to the bottom.
At the bottom, you’ll see the Cancel button. Clicking this starts the cancellation process.
Once you click cancel, you’ll see several options:
Upgrade to the unlimited coaching program: Get more access to Austin and tailored options bot portfolios.
Downgrade your subscription: Switch to a lower plan if you’re not using as many features.
Decline the offer: Click “No, I don’t want this offer” to continue with cancellation.
Instead of canceling, you can also pause your subscription for 1–3 months.
Access stops immediately when you pause.
Your subscription automatically resumes after the pause period ends.
Pausing is helpful if you’re taking a vacation or planning to come back later.
Pausing also locks in your current subscription rate, so you won’t pay more if prices increase.
If you don’t want to pause, simply click “No, I don’t want to pause.”
Next, you’ll be asked to select a reason for canceling:
Options include: No longer needed, Technical issues, Account too small, and more.
You can also add extra feedback, like “I would keep this subscription if you did XYZ.”
Providing honest feedback is crucial. It helps the team understand user needs and improve the platform.
Cancel immediately: Keep access until the end of your current period.
Cancel at renewal: Your subscription ends on the next renewal date.
You may also see discount offers to continue at a reduced rate.
