Step 1: Access Your Profile
Start by logging into your account.
Click on your profile image in the top right corner of the screen.
Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Options
Scroll all the way down on your profile page.
You'll see your Subscription Options section. This is where you can manage your plan.
Step 3: Explore Alternative Plans
Before canceling, consider switching to a more affordable plan. Click on Switch Your Subscriptions.
You’ll have the choice to pick from three plans:
Starter Plan (a more budget-friendly option)
Pro Plan
Unlimited Plan
You can also choose the Yearly Plan to save money (you get two months free!).
Step 4: Cancel Your Subscription
If you’ve decided to cancel, click on the Cancel Your Subscription button.
You will be guided through the cancellation process.
The system might ask if you're sure you want to cancel or if you'd like to downgrade your account instead.
If you want to pause your account, that option will be available as well.
Step 5: Provide Feedback
You'll be prompted to give a reason for canceling. This feedback helps us improve our service.
Step 6: Complete the Cancellation
Once you’ve followed the prompts and provided your reason, you’ll be able to complete the cancellation.
